The following home designs are priced according to the individual subdivision but please keep in mind that many can be built in any of the following subdivisions.
If you have your own plan, great! Our builder will be happy to build it for you. If you have your own land, great! Our builder can build your home on that land!
All of the lots are also available for purchase. In those cases, all taxes, permits and fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
